How to use the date difference calculator
How days are counted
We count calendar days between the two dates, not including the start date. So January 1 to January 11 is 10 days — the standard convention used by most date calculators.
Order does not matter
You can enter the dates in either order; the tool shows the absolute difference and tells you if the end date comes first.
Example
January 1, 2026 to January 11, 2026 = 10 days (1 week and 3 days).
